- Any child accompanying the parents will be staying on the existing bed. An extra bed will attract an additional charge.
- The displayed rates do not apply during Christmas, New Year, special events, peak season and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply.
- All Rooms & Offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Twin beds / connecting rooms / adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
- The booking is non-refundable and non-amendable once confirmed.
- The above rates are inclusive of all taxes and VAT (excluding Municipality Room Fee payable by the guest directly at the hotel).
- The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours while the check-out time is
- 1100/1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will
- incur extra costs.
- Guests are to carry an Original Passport or a valid ID issued by the government.
- Travelwings does not take any responsibility if the passenger is unable to check in, as a result of NOT carrying and or presenting a valid passport or a valid government-issued ID. The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions.
COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
- If required, the PCR test for COVID 19 has to be conducted within a maximum of 72 hours before departure.
- Ensure that your Negative PCR test for COVID 19 health document is in English.
