RwandAir (WB) Baggage Policy

RwandAir flights have various baggage policies depending on the passengers' ticket type and travel route. Find out more about the airline rules on baggage policies:

Carry-on baggage: 

Unless for Johannesburg (7kg limit/ 15 lbs), RwandAir passengers are allowed one piece of carry-on luggage weighing no more than 10 kg (21 lbs) and no larger than 22x15x8 inches (55x38x20 cm).

For the comfort and convenience of passengers with babies, a baby carrycot, bedding, diapers, feeding bottles, and baby food for the journey are allowed free with a total weight of 12 kg. Collapsible wheelchairs or other assistive devices are welcome on board for passengers dependent on them.

Passengers with more baggage than allowed will need to check their bags. To ensure accuracy, the airline verifies and confirms the weight and size of your bags using specially designed baggage sizers in the check-in areas.

Checked baggage: 

RwandAir passengers follow the standard baggage policy allowance. In Economy Class, you can check in two pieces of baggage of 23 kg each. Premium Economy Class passengers also get the same deal - two pieces of baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg each. Business Class passengers are allowed three pieces of baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg each.
