Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Vietnam
- Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to a hotel.
- The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore this fascinating city and its bustling streets.
- In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, the first University in Vietnam dating back to the 16th century.
- Post that, enjoy a cycle tour through the Old Quarter which provides a fascinating insight into the character and history of the city.
- After that, we move on to the Dong Xuan Market famous for its bustling stalls and brisk trading of day-to-day local goods.
Day 2
Hanoi – Halong Bay
- After breakfast at the hotel in Hanoi, we will depart (car & driver only) for Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Vietnam's most stunning natural wonders.
- Around 12:00, we arrive at the jetty in Halong City and proceed to the hotel for the check-in formalities on the boat.
- Post that, lunch will be served on the cruise which will make its way to the bay.
- In the evening, go shopping or indulge in activities (depending on the individual boat's itinerary) or you may choose to spend some time relaxing aboard the boat.
- Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations.
- Dinner will be served aboard the boat followed by an overnight stay on the boat in Halong Bay.

Day 3
Halong Bay – Hanoi – Fly To Danang
- Enjoy a morning in the middle of the bay as the sun rises on the bay's horizon and breakfast is served (brunch on some boats) as the vessels cruise through the magnificent rock formations en route to the port.
- Disembark and transfer (car & driver only) back to the airport for your flight to Danang (Extra Cost).
- Arriving in Danang in the evening, you will be picked up at the airport (car & driver only) and proceed to the hotel in Hoi An city for check-in.
- The evening is free at your leisure followed by an overnight stay at the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 4
Danang – Banna Hill – Golden Bridge – Danang
- Have breakfast at the hotel before departing for Ba Na Hills – King Mountain, also known as the second DaLat/ Sapa in Central Vietnam.
- Admire the panoramic views via the latest cable car system in Southeast Asia that will take you up the hills as you arrive at the Dream Stream Cable car Station.
- After finishing the first cable car ride, you will be taken to for a visit to a French wine cellar, Linh Ung pagoda, after which you may witness the panoramic views of Danang City.
- Continue to visit one of the world’s greatest places in 2018 – The Golden Bridge before returning to Danang.
- In the afternoon, drive back to the hotel in Hoi An with the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 5
Hoi An City Tour/Danang – Ho Chi Minh City
- After breakfast at your hotel, discover several attractions across Hoi An, despite the city dating back 200 years and being ravaged by weather and war, the centre of Hoi An remains more or less the same as it was in its heydays.
- This walking tour is the best way to witness the wooden-fronted houses that once housed the town’s prosperous merchants.
- Explore the famous bridge that to this day is lined with Japanese inscriptions and the wonderful market that trades in silk, handicrafts, antique shops and galleries.
- After lunch, the rest of the day is free at leisure, post which in the evening you will be transferred (car & driver only) to Danang airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
- Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be greeted by your guide and driver at the airport. They will assist your transfer to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
- After check-in, your overnight stay will be at the same hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6
Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho Chi Minh City Tour – Sic Tour
- After breakfast, proceed to the famous Cu Chi tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during their struggle for independence.
- The tunnel stretches over 250km in length and at three different points gets much deeper than the caves’ normal depth. The tunnel played a major part in Vietnam’s victory over the Americans, allowing them to control a large area surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.
- Post that you will return to Ho Chi Minh City for lunch. Post lunch in the afternoon, we will visit the Reunification Palace, the former palace of President Thieu and his predecessors. Today this building is a museum and venue for official receptions.
- Inside you can visit the private rooms of the president, the “War Room” from where the South Vietnamese forces were controlled, and the room where the North Vietnamese army finally took overall control in 1975.
- Nearby lies the local Post Office and the Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, built between 1877 and 1883 and one of the city’s major landmarks. Neo-romanesque in form, Notre Dame is the major seat of the Catholic religion in modern Vietnam.
- Next, we continue on to the Jade Emperor’s Pagoda located on the fringes of district 1. Dating back to 1909 and built by Cantonese Buddhists this quiet oasis was designed using feng-shui principles showcasing ornate statues and effigies.
- Finish the tour by visiting & shopping at Ben Thanh market.
- Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 7
Departure
- After breakfast, commence a transfer to the airport and board your flight back to your home country with beautiful memories of an amazing journey across Vietnam.
