Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Malaysia

  • Upon your arrival at Langkawi Airport, our representative will be waiting to greet you.
  • They will assist you with your luggage and provide transportation to the hotel.
  • Once you arrive at the hotel, proceed with the check-in process and settle into your accommodation for the night.

Day 2

Langkawi City Tour

  • After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you'll embark on a half-day city tour of Langkawi.
  • This tour will take you to some of the island's most iconic attractions, including Eagle Square, a magnificent monument featuring a large eagle sculpture.
  • You'll also visit Atma Alam, where you can learn about traditional Malaysian batik art, and the Batik Village, where you can shop for unique batik products.
  • The tour will conclude with a visit to Kuah Town, where you can explore local markets and landmarks before returning to your hotel for another night's stay.

Day 3

Langkawi to Penang

  • After breakfast, you'll catch a flight from Langkawi to Penang, where our representative will be waiting to greet you at the airport.
  • They will escort you to your hotel in Penang, where you'll check in and have the remainder of the day to relax and explore the area at your own pace.

Day 4

Penang Half-Day City Tour

  • After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a half-day city tour of Penang.
  • The sightseeing highlights include:
  • Wat Chayamangkalaram Temple & Dhammikarama Burmese Temple
  • Esplanade / Fort Cornwallis – A historic bastion fort built by the British East India Company in the late 18th century, located in George Town.
  • Little India – A vibrant Indian enclave in the heart of George Town’s downtown area.
  • Street of Racial Harmony – A heritage-rich street that may seem ordinary while driving through but offers a unique cultural experience when explored.
  • Chew Jetty – A charming waterside village with wooden stilt houses built along a walkway, dating back to the 19th century.
    -In the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Penang.

Day 5

Departure

  • Post breakfast, proceed for checkout followed by transfer to the airport for your flight back home.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 45 to 30 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • In case of visa rejections/cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the cancellation policy.
  • A full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country.

  • The prices offered are as per the current promotions and respective offers will be valid at the time of confirmation.
  • Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
  • Any delays or changes in flight timings are at the airline's sole discretion.
  • Itineraries are just indicative and might change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • All tours and transfers by sharing coach on a group basis, the client needs to adhere to the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will have to bear the extra cost
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings is not responsible for any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
