Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome To Kenya

  • Day one of your tour will commence with your arrival at the Nairobi International Airport in Kenya.
  • Post that you will be taken to the Giraffe Centre in Nairobi including packed snacks to experience an up-close encounter with friendly Giraffes at the centre.
  • After that our tour representative will take care of your transfer to the hotel for your check-in.

Day 2

Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

  • Day two of the tour commences with an early morning breakfast post which you will check out of the hotel.
  • After checkout, the tour will proceed to Masai Mara in a Land Cruiser, which is approximately a 6 hours drive from Nairobi.
  • The drive will guarantee a scenic view of the Rift Valley.
  • Post arrival in Masai Mara, you will be checked into your respective rooms at Hotel. After this, you will meet up for a group lunch in the lodge’s general dining area.
  • After lunch, the tour will head out for a game drive in Masai Mara Reserve.In the evening, post-completion of the game drive the dinner will happen at the same dining area. Followed by an overnight stay at the Lodge.

Day 3

Full day at Masai Mara

  • Early morning game drive to catch wildlife during their most active hours.
  • Return to the lodge for breakfast.
  • Day time Optional activities or Relax at the lodge or take a guided nature walk.
  • Afternoon Head out for another game drive in search of lions, elephants, cheetahs, and more.
  • Overnight stay at lodge.

Day 4

Visit to the Equator, and Thompson falls

  • Day four of the tour will start with a hearty breakfast at the lodge.
  • Post that you will check out and head on out to Nyahururu.
  • The scenic drive to Nyahururu will last for 6 -7 hours.
  • En route, stop at the Equator to experience the water demonstration showing the Coriolis effect.
  • Arrive at Nyahururu in time for lunch.
  • Visit the stunning Thompson Falls, a beautiful 74-meter waterfall surrounded by lush greenery.
  • Dinner & overnight stay at Hotel .

Day 5

Boat Ride - Departure

  • After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha (approx. 2.5–3 hours).
  • Enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, spotting hippos and a variety of bird species, including cormorants and fish eagles.
  • Have lunch (on own arrangement) at a lakeside restaurant or lodge.
  • Drive back to Nairobi (approx. 2.5 hours).
  • Arrive in Nairobi in time for your onward flight

  • Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
  • Any delays or changes in flight timings are at the sole discretion of the airline.
  • Itineraries are just indicative and might change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • All tours and transfers are on coach sharing basis, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be held responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • Tickets to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
  • In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policy
