Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Baku City

  • Welcome to Baku City, the capital of Azerbaijan!
  • Our Travelwings representative will meet and greet you at the airport's pickup point.
  • Transfer hassle-free to Gabala city on a 4-hours journey approximately.
  • Overnight stay in Gabala in the comforts of the lush hotel as per the itinerary.

Day 2

Full-Day Gabala Tour with Cable Car (02 Stations) and transfer to Baku City

  • After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, the group will head to Gabala City Tour.
  • Gabala, located on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus mountains at an elevation of 53 meters above sea level, is a gorgeous place and is worth a visit, enjoy a cable car journey covering two stations.
  • Overnight at Baku Hotel

Day 3

Baku City Tour

  • Enjoy breakfast and proceed for the city tour.
  • Baku City Tour itinerary
  • Commence the tour with a visit to capture a bird's-eye view of Baku city for a photo session. Optionally, depending on weather conditions, you can experience the Ferris Wheel at Baku Boulevard.
  • Proceed to the Carpet Museum (included), followed by a visit to Little Venice. Weather permitting, you can enjoy a boat excursion on the Caspian Sea.
  • Explore The Philharmonic Garden.
  • Continue to the historic Old City (Icherisheher), where you will explore the Shirvanshah Palace Complex, delve into The Museum of the Miniature Books, ascend the Maiden Tower, pass through the Gosha Gala Entrance (Double Gates of the Old City), and visit Fountain Square and Nizami Street.
  • Conclude the day with an overnight stay at Baku hotel

Departure from Baku

Visa Information

  • To obtain a visa on arrival, it is necessary for the UAE residence visa to have a validity of at least 6 months (approximately 185 days).
  • Alternatively, it is mandatory to obtain an Azerbaijan E-Visa. It is strongly advised to acquire an E-Visa before departing to prevent long queues during the peak season. (Not all nationalities are eligible for E-Visa)
  • E-Visa Fees with assistance: AED 130 per passport (normal processing 3-5 working days)

  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 Hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • For all tours and transfers by sharing coach on the group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • Customers are fully responsible to carry proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
