Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Colombo
- Start your journey in Sri Lanka's vibrant capital city, Colombo
- Upon your arrival at the airport, a representative from Travelwings will greet you at the designated pickup point.
- The journey takes approximately 3 hours by road
- Drive for breakfast at The Pinnawala -Elephant Orphanage, and later to proceed to Kandy,visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and take Buddha’s blessings before embarking on your exciting Sri Lanka vacation. You can also explore the nearby shopping areas
- Late in the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandyan dance performance
- Check-in to your hotel in Kandy for an overnight stay

Day 2
Kandy & Nuwara Eliya
- The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours by road
- The journey takes approximately 2-3 hours by road
- After a sumptuous breakfast, check-out from the hotel as this day of your Sri Lanka holiday is reserved for Nuwara Eliya. On the way, visit the picturesque Peradeniya Botanical Garden and stroll amidst a sea of rare species of plants and flowers. Nuwara Eliya is the heart of Sri Lankan hill country, it is the home of the famous Ceylon Tea and the rolling mountains are a carpet of velvety green tea plantations, interspersed with gushing streams and tumbling waterfalls. The salubrious climate, misty glens and the decidedly British character make Nuwara Eliya a must on any Sri Lankan Experience.

Day 3
Beruwala & Bentota
- The journey takes approximately 6 hours by road after breakfast we leave for Bentota or Waskaduwa. En route, Ramboda Falls - 109-meter-high waterfall surrounded by lush greenery and misty hills.
- It's a popular spot for nature lovers and photographers, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Proceed to Waskaduwa and check in to the hotel.

Day 4
Galle Fort – Madu River – Turtle Hatchery
- Breakfast at the Hotel.
- The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours by road
- Afterwards, we leave for Galle. En route, visit to Galle. As the sun begins to set over the sparkling blue waters of the Indian Ocean, take a leisurely walk on the ramparts of the historic Galle Fort. Built by the Portuguese in the 16th century and fortified by the Dutch in the 17th century, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is a stunning example of colonial architecture.
- Visit to Madu River for Mangrove Island’s boat ride.
- Madu Ganga is a minor watercourse, which originates near Uragasmanhandiya in the Galle District of Sri Lanka, before widening into the Madu Ganga Lake at Balapitiya. The river then flows for a further a 4.4 km (2.7 mi) before draining into the Indian Ocean. Many foreigners visit to see beauty of the Madu River via boat safari .if you visit to down south in Srilanka do not forget to visit Madu River.

Day 5
Departure from Beruwala
- After breakfast, proceed to checkout drive to Colombo
- The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours by road
- You can also do some shop-hopping visiting the local markets such as Pettah Market or Odel
Shopping Mall to purchase souvenirs and gifts.
- Proceed towards the airport. It's always good to be early to ensure you have ample time for security checks and other formalities.
- As you board your flight, reminisce about the wonderful moments from the trip and leave Sri Lanka with a trove of cherished memories.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
- Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
- Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
- Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
- In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policyn policy.

- For the extra tour/ optional tour, English Speaking Driver cum guide will be provided if it's less than 3 pax.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
- The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
- Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
- For all tours and transfers by sharing a coach in a group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost.
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
- Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
- Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
- Customers are responsible for carrying their proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
- No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
- We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue. The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
