Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Moscow

  • Welcome to Moscow, the vibrant gateway to your journey!
  • Upon arrival at the Airport, take advantage of the complimentary airport pick-up service.
  • Your local guide will await your arrival at the airport and assist you with the transfer to the hotel.
  • Check in to the hotel by 1500 hours.
  • In the evening, proceed for the Radisson Cruise (without dinner).
  • Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

The Red Square and surroundings (05 hours tour)

  • After a hearty Russian breakfast, you will meet up with your local guide at the hotel.
  • Visit Zaryadye Park and the Floating Bridge, followed by an exploration of the Red Square, including: GUM Mall ,St. Basil’s Cathedral ,Lenin’s Mausoleum ,Nikolskaya Street ,The State Historical Museum ,
    Manege Square ,Alexander’s Garden .
  • Overnight stay will be at the same hotel.

Optional tours:-The Kremlin Tour (AED 45 Per adult / AED 25 per Child)

  • Visit the Kremlin’s territory. The Kremlin is the only one functioning medieval fortress in Europe. It is the official residency of the president, the political and historical heart of the city, so don’t miss a chance to see it from inside. Highlights: the Tsar Bell, the Tsar Cannon, Patriarch Palace, the Assumption
    Cathedral.

Day 3

Moscow to St. Petersburg by train

  • After breakfast, you will proceed to check out from the hotel in Moscow.
  • Moscow is the main tourist center of Russia and one of the most popular cities among travelers around the world. It is an amazing combination of modern high-tech buildings and ancient architecture.
  • Totay visit Moscow with Moscow metro and cable car and (04 hours)
  • After that, you will be transferred to the nearest railway terminal/station.
  • Here you will enter the next leg of your journey, after boarding the high-speed Sapsan train to St. Petersburg.
  • On arrival at the St. Petersburg railway terminal/station, you will meet up with your local guide.
  • The guide will assist you with your transfer to the hotel in St. Petersburg.
  • After check-in, the rest of the evening is at your leisure.
  • Overnight stay will be at the hotel in St. Petersburg.

Day 4

City Tour of St. Petersburg

  • After breakfast, you will meet up with your local guide at the hotel lobby.
  • Today you will go on a sightseeing tour of St. Petersburg, which includes a stop at the many tourist attractions.
  • Similar to Moscow, there are tourist attractions in St. Petersburg which can only be viewed from the outside and to take fine pictures of the main architectural and historical sites like Nevsky prospect, the Kazan Cathedral, the Winter Palace, Vasilievsky Island, St. Isaac Cathedral, Peter and Paul Fortress, the Senate Square and the palace square.
  • The rest of the evening is free at your leisure, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 5

St. Petersburg - Moscow

  • After breakfast, you will proceed to check out from the hotel in St. Petersburg.
  • After that, your local guide will assist with the transfer to the nearest railway terminal/station for your journey back to Moscow.
  • You will board the high-speed Sapsan train back to Moscow.
  • On arrival at the Moscow railway terminal/station, you will meet up with your local guide.
  • The guide will assist you with your transfer to the hotel in Moscow.
  • After check-in, the rest of the evening is at your leisure.
  • Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Moscow.

Day 6

Departure

  • Relish a leisurely breakfast before departing for the nearest airport by noon post your check out from the hotel.
  • Meet the local guide, who will assist you with your airport transfers.
  • Board your flight back home with memories of a great time spent exploring a country shrouded in mysteries.

  • Only citizens of the following foreign countries(https://evisa.kdmid.ru/) the list of which is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, are eligible for the unified e-visa
  • E-Visa Fees with assistance: USD 130 per passport

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
  • Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
  • Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
  • In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policy

  • Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • If the visa is not specified in the package, it is not included. Please note that the final decision regarding visa applications rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in Visa requirements and regulations of the country.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure. Client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Any changes or delays in flight schedules are at the sole discretion of the airline. We recommend checking your flight status 24 hours before departure, as schedules may change without notice.
  • Food and seat selection vary by flight. If not included, they are chargeable and subject to availability according to the airline's policy.
  • For group departures, if the airline allows us to pre-book food and seat selection for an additional charge, we will do so for the guest. In cases where the airline doesn't allow pre-booking, the guest may book food and seats at the counter or directly with the airline during boarding, subject to availability.
  • The food menu (Veg/Non-Veg) is determined by the airline and hotel policies, and we have no control over it.
  • For the extra tour/ optional tour, English Speaking Driver cum guide will be provided if it's less than 3 pax
  • In case the selected hotel is unavailable due to an unexpected situation, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
  • The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
  • Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  • Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1100 Hours local time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the room).
  • All tours and transfers by sharing coach on the group, the client should follow the timing on the ground. If any transfer is missed, Travelwings will not be responsible, and the client will bear the extra cost
  • Any ticket to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safari, etc. is not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
  • The activity/sightseeing changes are subject to availability and operational days, the itinerary might change due to the same on-ground.
  • If any service or tour is cancelled on-site due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative sightseeing option or issue a refund for the specific service or tour affected.
  • If any service or tour is missed by the guest, the package price will remain unchanged, and no refund will be provided for the unused service.
  • If you face any issues during the tour, inform the Travelwings representative immediately for prompt resolution, as we cannot address them after the tour is completed.
