Day 1
Arrive in Riyadh
- Welcome to the vibrant heart of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh! Upon your arrival, our representative will greet you and ensure a seamless transfer to your hotel, where you can unwind and relax after your journey.
Optional Evening Activity:
- Head to Boulevard Riyadh City—an entertainment district pulsing with life, offering everything from upscale shopping and international dining to seasonal festivals and live performances.
- This vibrant area showcases Riyadh’s blend of tradition and modernity, making it the perfect introduction to the city’s dynamic atmosphere.
Day 2
The Big Night
- After a delicious breakfast, gear up for an electrifying day!
- Witness the highly anticipated world middleweight bouts featuring Israel Adesanya and Nassourdine Imavov.
- The next match will be between the rising UFC star Shara Magomedov fighting against British powerhouse Michael Page in a battle to be the number one.
- This epic clash is set to take place on 1st February 2025 and is a highlight event for sports enthusiasts.
- Feel the adrenaline as these champions battle it out in the ring, making this an unforgettable experience.
- Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Riyadh.
Day 3
Half-day Riyadh City Private Tour
- After a delightful breakfast, we will embark on a tour of Riyadh by visiting the primary custodian of the Saudi national heritage and culture, the National Museum.
- Today it is a place of learning and discovery that hosts a unique collection of artefacts that covers the history of the Arabian Peninsula to date.
- After this, we will continue to Murrabba Palace, the royal residence of Sheikh Abdulaziz and also the palace where he hosted his court.
- The palace was named after its square 40 by 40 meters shape and is now one of the city’s major museums.
- Adjacent to the palace, is a modern building which hosts a collection of Sheikh Abdulaziz’s items.
- Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Riyadh.
Day 4
Departure
- Savour a hearty Arabic breakfast in Riyadh before we escort you to the airport.
- As you depart, take with you the vibrant memories of a unique adventure in this dynamic city.

- The package is subject to availability at the time of booking
- The displayed rates do not apply during special events / holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak season, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply
- All rooms & offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
- Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request
- However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability
- Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms
- Rates mentioned are per person on a double sharing basis-
- The standard check-in time at the hotel is 14h00/15h00 while the check-out time is 11h00/12h00
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
- Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
- Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to
- The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure
- Due to the several circumstances that remain out of our control and jurisdiction like adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. The displayed price tag is subject to change without any prior notice
- In accordance with the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the period of travel. The same applies to any visa requirements that the traveler must obtain before travelling to the country for which the package is being booked
- Travelwings does not take any responsibility if the passenger is unable to travel due to issues related to their passport or visa
- The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
Payment & Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more from the departure date - 25% of the package cost to be paid (non-refundable).
- Between 30 to 45 days from the departure date - 50 % of the package cost is to be paid (non-refundable).
- Less than 30 days from the departure date - 100% of the package cost (non-refundable).
- Full refund is only applicable in the case of flight cancellation due to COVID restrictions and lockdown measures in the respective destinations as per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country .
- In Case of Visa rejections /cases where the customers are offloaded at the airport or by immigration, the penalty will be applicable as per the Cancellation policy
