Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Vilnius

  • Arrival at Vilnius Airport, greeted by a guide.
  • Join a city tour of Vilnius by bus and on foot.
  • Explore gothic and baroque landmarks including Vilnius Cathedral, Vilnius University, St. Anne’s Church, The Town Hall, and The Gate of Dawn.
  • Dinner with a folklore show featuring ethnic Lithuanian delicacies, local drinks, live folk music, and dancing.
  • Overnight stay in Vilnius.

Day 2

Vilnius - Trakai - Kaunas

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Morning breadmaking experience at an authentic homestead, learning the historical significance of crafting a loaf of bread from scratch.
  • Travel to Trakai, the former capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, visiting the 14th-century insular castle and Trakai Historical Museum.
  • Learn about the Karaim community, its language, traditions, and religion.
  • Lunch at a traditional Karaite restaurant, enjoying local dishes.
  • Continue to Kaunas, visiting Kaunas Castle remains, Vytautas the Great Church, and Kaunas Town Hall Square.
  • Overnight stay in Kaunas.

Day 3

Kaunas - Vilnius

  • Breakfast at the hotel.
  • Morning sightseeing tour of Kaunas, exploring interwar architecture, Liberty Avenue, and the M. K. Čiurlionis Museum.
  • Experience a virtual reality showcase of Čiurlionis’s music and paintings.
  • Lunch in Kaunas City Centre.
  • Visit an urban beekeeping site within the former Volfas brewery, tasting various types of honey.
  • Return to Vilnius.
  • Dinner at a restaurant in Vilnius.
  • Overnight stay in Vilnius.

Day 4

Departure or Optional Tour

  • After breakfast, either opt for the optional tour of the Bohemian Uzupis district or free time in Vilnius.
  • Post that check out from your hotel and transfer to Vilnius Airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable journey in Lithuania.

Terms & Conditions

  • The package is subject to availability at the time of booking
  • The displayed rates do not apply during special events/holidays, Christmas, New Year, peak season, and blackout dates. Additional surcharges may apply
  • There are a few non-operational dates for SIC tours.
  • SIC airport transfers are available only to selected 4-star and 5-star hotels only. Pick ups/Drop offs may not be available to/from the Hotels
  • As tours are on an SIC basis, pick-up points are from designated allocated hotels booked for the duration of your stay.
  • Drop-offs will only be at a common point, generally in or around train stations.
  • All rooms & offers are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
  • Rates for single/triple/quad occupancy will vary and can be provided upon request
  • However, the rates and options for increasing the pax are subject to availability
  • Bookings will only be confirmed upon the receipt of the complete payment as per the booking terms
  • Rates mentioned are per person on a double-sharing basis
  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs
  • Upon check-in, the hotel may ask for a security deposit (this amount may vary based on the hotel policy). The funds will be refunded at the time of check-out less any mini-bar items and other charges (Like early check-in or late check-out or any costs related to damages to the room)
  • Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the health, passport and visa requirements of the country they are planning to travel to
  • The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure
  • Due to the several circumstances that remain out of our control and jurisdiction like adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. The displayed price tag is subject to change without any prior notice
  • Per the immigration rules of the destination, passengers are responsible for ensuring that they possess a valid passport both before and during the travel period.
  • The same applies to any visa requirements that the traveler must obtain before travelling to the country for which the package is being booked
  • Travelwings does not take any responsibility if the passenger is unable to travel due to issues related to their passport or visa
  • The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of departure.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining correct, current, and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Please reach out to our team if you need any help with this.
  • Travelwings have nothing to do with any last-minute changes in visa requirements and regulations by the country.
  • Customers are responsible for carrying proper travel documentation (make sure that all travel documents are valid and complete and check the entry requirements for your upcoming trip before you travel).
  • No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue.
  • The following cancellation policy will apply from the day of the initial booking date.
