Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive in Tromso

  • Transfer upon arrival.
  • After settling in at your hotel (after 3 p.m.), explore the "Capital of Northern Norway" on a self-walking tour or local taxi.
  • Overnight in Tromso.

Optional experience:
- 19:00 Tromsø Aurora Dinner Cruise (self-transfer by local taxi). Enjoy a Northern Lights Dinner Cruise around Tromsø fjord with a delicious local dinner and possible Northern Lights sighting.

Day 2

Day at leisure in Tromso

  • Enjoy a day of leisure in Tromso, or
  • Choose your experience (self-transfer by local taxi)
  • Overnight in Tromso.

Option Tours:

  • Reindeer Sledding Daytime (incl. transport): Meet the Sami people, learn about their culture, and feed their reindeer.
  • Snowmobiling Daytime (incl. transport): Snowmobile safari through mountains and valleys. Pickup from Tromsø city centre.

Day 3

Dog Sledding In Camp Breivikeidet/ Board Havila Cruise

  • Check out of the hotel, keep your baggage at the concierge, and proceed with your chosen activity:
  • Fun & Easy Dog Sledding Adventure (8th Nov - 9th Apr): Drive a team of huskies, enjoy a scenic 50-minute transfer to camp, and learn about dog sledging.
  • Meeting time and place: 08:00, 09:50, 11:40 from Tromsø Scandic Ishavshotel.
  • Inclusions: Transfers, guide, winter gear, hot drinks, and cake.
  • Self-transfer by local taxi to the cruise port.
  • Board the Havila Cruise, embarking after 15:00. The ship sets sail at 18:15.

Day 4

A Cruise To North Cape

  • Ports: Hammerfest -** Havøysund - Honningsvåg - Kjøllefjord - Mehamn.

Optional experience:
- Visit the North Cape Plateau (Disembarkation/Embarkation port: Honningsvåg. Time: 11:30-14:30).
- Explore the iconic globe, North Cape Hall, and enjoy a wide-screen film.

Day 5

Arrive Kirkenes/Cruise Ends/Shared Transfer To The Hotel

  • Ports: Båtsfjord - Vardø - Vadsø - Kirkenes.
  • Disembark at 09:00 and transfer to the hotel.
  • Overnight in a Kirkenes hotel

Optional experiences:
- Original King Crab Safari (13:00): Snowmobile ride to catch and taste fresh king crab.

Day 6

Departure

  • Today we will fly to Oslo at around 11:30 am to board a flight back to your home country, carrying memories of unforgettable moments in Norway.

  • The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400/1500 hours while the check-out time is 1100/1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur extra costs.
  • When checking in at your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (the amount depends upon the hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damage done to the room).
